Peter Adler
Peter has 25 years of residential and commercial related real estate investment, finance and development experience throughout the United States and Latin America. Peter has worked in both wholesale and retail bank environments and has substantial knowledge of primary and secondary capital markets. Mr. Adler uses his knowledge to add value to each financing transaction, while increasing the overall productivity of each asset and profitability of every investment.

We provide value added re-capitalization, acquisition, bridge, and construction financing for real estate projects located throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Patrick Gildea
Patrick Gildea has 20 years experience in senior level executive and advisory roles. Patrick has successfully led finance and strategy departments that span from the start up phase to high growth global public companies with multiple successful strategic exits. Patrick has the unique ability as a creative and strategic thinker, to deliver decisive qualitative views on key business risks, challenges and opportunities across various industries.

Victoria Kellog
Victoria Kellogg has worked in all aspects of the mortgage banking industry for well over 15 years. She started her career working in Correspondent Lending for one of the largest lending institutions in the U.S. and is currently working as the Director of Operations at Incom Capital. Victoria takes pride in staying up to date with current market trends and guidelines and directs her knowledge to address the specific needs of each client transaction.

Jeremy Pippin
Jerry Pippin is a proven entrepreneur and has owned and operated several successful small companies within the consumer financial space. Mr. Pippin has a broad range of real estate related development and investment experience. Mr. Pippin has been involved in the acquisition, development and subsequent sale of various real asset portfolios. He currently manages a portfolio of asset based loans and is responsible for the origination and servicing on these assets.

Peter Walshe
Peter Walshe is a professionally qualified project manager with 18 years experience within the global real estate and financial sectors. After graduating from Exeter University Peter has worked on several successful start up projects in the UK including for Benfield Group (now Aon Benfield) where he was instrumental in building a successful online driven fintech product to finance personal loans insurance products.

Michael Arens
Michael Arens began his real estate career in 2004 with Grubb Ellis focusing primarily on ground up development and land sale representation in the industrial and office sectors. He also acquired a specialization in foreclosures assets, note sales and other distressed properties as the commercial real estate market significantly dipped in 2007. In addition to these activities, Michael concentrates on the sale of off market investment properties throughout North America.

Christine McGuane
Christine McGuane is an accomplished finance professional, having served in various executive level positions within the Wholesale Banking group of US Bancorp. She is currently responsible for the management and analysis of the west coast region asset based loan portfolio. Prior to her time at US Bancorp, Christine spent 4 years at KPMG focused on M&A. Christine’s successful track record has been built through blending her financial acumen with a passion for working with people.

Erika Washington’s expertise includes in depth knowledge of consumer finance and program administration in both educational and religious service organizations. Erika is community minded and has a passion for serving others. Erika’s volunteer experience includes teaching courses to women in addictions recovery - empowering them to move forward in life by offering them job seeking skills, professional etiquettes for the work place, and encouraging continued education.

Alex Molina
Senior Architectural Design Manager, specializing in digital projections for interior and exterior spaces. With over 25 years of expertise in developing commercial and residential projects ranging from single family residences to mixed use and multi family structures consisting of more than 500 units. Mr. Molina has deep knowledge in cross border urban planning and is active throughout the travel and tourism industry in El Salvador.

Sergio Martínez
Sergio E. Martínez, MGA-Architect with 15 years of experience in the formulation, management, and overall supervision of architectural design and civil construction projects. Proficient in architectural design software and BIM methodology, as well as programs for project scheduling and monitoring of design and construction projects.
